Today, Monday, 4/26, at about 9:40 a.m., the print release station froze and I had to reboot.  (The reboot went pretty quickly and then everything printed fine.)

Printer Release Station is not printing out the whole PDF article. Student tried printing from both B5 and A5. The database is Proquest Psychology. This happened on 4/21 too, with same database. This time the error message is:
ERROR: undefined
OFFENDING COMMAND: q&d";3

Print Release Station overcharged.

A student wasn’t able to print a file from his laptop and then when I tested the remote printing, I also wasn’t able to print.

C6 has "Active Desktop Recovery" message at the desktop,
but IE is working, so we just left it on the web.
